Yup, I’m Corn Fed!
Corn, Corn, Corn. I stare at corn about 9 months out of the year! I eat corn, I grade corn, I like corn bread muffins, I like corn bread casserole! I guess it’s destiny that I’m corn fed. But, I don’t live on a farm! I don’t drive a tractor to work and I like to think that keep up with the times!
I grew up on a farm, in fact I lived on a farm/acreage till I was 18 and my mom and I moved to town a year after my parents got divorced! I was furious with my mom for taking me out of the country! I was bred a country girl! I don’t wear cowgirl boots, I don’t wear wranglers, I don’t ride a horse, I can drive a tractor if need be, but it’s been quite a few years!
Now, what does it mean to be corn fed? It’s about the kind of people we are.
